At a loss for what to make for breakfast? Looking for an easy and nutritious snack? Try making a yogurt bowl! In all of my bowls I like to use unsweetened Greek yogurt, then I add a bit of liquid sweetener such as agave or honey. Adding the sweetener yourself ensures that the yogurt is sweetened to your liking. Sometimes I also flavor the yogurt with jam, cocoa powder or nut butter. I think fruit is essential for all yogurt bowls. Because I prefer my yogurt cold, I often top my yogurt bowls with frozen fruit. Having a crunchy yogurt bowl is crucial to me—I often make my bowls crunchy using granola. Nut granola is a solid choice for all yogurt bowls because of its neutral flavor; however, fruit granola is an excellent choice when it comes to enhancing the flavor of the bowl. Here are three of my favorite single-serving yogurt bowl recipes:

3. Chocolate banana yogurt bowl
This yogurt bowl is perfect for chocolate lovers! The cocoa powder and agave give the yogurt a rich and sweet flavor. All yogurt bowls need a little crunch, and this bowl packs a punch with both chocolate chips and granola, giving it an amazing texture!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- Sweetener to taste
- ¼ banana
- ¼ cup nut granola
- 1-2 tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Pour yogurt into a small bowl.
- Mix cocoa powder and agave into the yogurt and mix evenly.
- Add banana slices, mini chocolate chips and nut granola.
- Mix the yogurt up and enjoy!
2. Blueberry yogurt bowl
If you prefer a fruity and fresh bowl, this bowl is for you! The frozen blueberries provide a perfect chill and flavor to the bowl, and the yogurt becomes a beautiful purple when you mix the blueberry and the yogurt together. The blueberry granola adds the essential crunch and enhances the blueberry flavor. With the jam, blueberries and granola add a strong blueberry flavor to the bowl.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp. blueberry jam
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup blueberry granola
Instructions:
- Pour yogurt into a small bowl.
- Add blueberry jam into the yogurt and mix well.
- Put blueberries and blueberry granola on top.
- Mix and enjoy!
- Raspberry granola yogurt bowl
This bowl is my personal favorite. Frozen raspberries are the perfect frozen fruit for yogurt bowls; the raspberries easily break apart when mixed to flavor the yogurt, and they create a gorgeous pink color. Raspberries are also very easy to chew while frozen because they break apart so easily, meaning you can have a cold yogurt bowl without hurting your teeth. This fresh and easy yogurt bowl is a perfect everyday breakfast!
Ingredients:
- ½ cup yogurt
- Sweetener to taste
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup nut granola
Instructions:
- Pour yogurt into a small bowl.
- Sweeten the yogurt with agave syrup and mix.
- Top with frozen raspberries and nut granola.
- Stir well and serve!
