Chicken Alfredo pasta has always been my favorite dish to make and eat. It is a staple in my family and we always have the ingredients for it. This dish serves four people, and is a simple recipe that anyone can make.

Ingredients:

  • ½ box fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 4 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts

Instructions:

  1. Clean chicken breast with cold water and vinegar.
  2. Pat chicken dry and slice into small pieces.
  3. Put all seasonings into a bowl and mix.
  4. Pour half the seasoning on chicken, coating it evenly.
  5. Heat olive oil on a medium to high pan.
  6. Lower the stove to medium heat and cook chicken on each side for 4 minutes.
  7. After the chicken is done cooking, put it on a plate to the side.
  8. Bring a pot to a boil.
  9. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
  10.  Once the pasta is done, strain it.
  11.  Heat butter and minced garlic on a pan at medium to high heat until fragrant.
  12.  Lower the stove heat to low, add heavy whipping cream to the pan and let it simmer.
  13.  Add cheese and the rest of the seasonings and stir until it makes a thick consistency.
  14.  Add pasta and chicken to the sauce and mix until it’s even.
  15.  Enjoy!
