Chicken’s versatility makes it a perfect fit for almost any type of dish. I have been using this recipe for a very long time, and it has changed my life. I found that chicken thighs are the best option since they have a higher fat content than chicken breasts. The air fryer also ensures that no part is left dry, and it cooks evenly. This recipe is simple yet delicious and only takes about 25 minutes to make.

Ingredients (for two servings):

  • 4 medium-sized chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Add olive oil and seasonings to a bowl and mix.
  2. Add chicken thighs and coat in seasoning.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer, skin side down, and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken so the skin is facing up, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165° F.
  5. Remove and let it rest for around 7 minutes.
  6. Serve with whatever you would like and enjoy!
