
This is a recipe for strawberry muffins that I enjoy making on weekends for my family and myself. These are a perfect on-the-go breakfast or simply a way to satisfy your sweet tooth. Though this recipe is for strawberry muffins, you can replace the strawberries with any type of fruit you want!
Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
- 1 stick of butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup flour
- ⅛ tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1–2 cups diced strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar and melted butter.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder, and slowly add to your wet ingredients.
- Dice strawberries and add to your batter.
- Scoop the batter into a muffin pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 13 minutes, then lower heat to 360 degrees for another 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
