How to Make Hailey Bieber’s Infamous Smoothie

Erewhon, a luxury grocery store chain in LA, sells one of the most TikTok famous smoothies in the world: the Hailey Bieber strawberry glaze skin smoothie. Every time I’m in LA, I make sure to pick one up, but I crave this smoothie at least once a month. With a hefty price tag of $18, I was determined to recreate the drink at home.

I was able to find all of the ingredients for the smoothie, which are listed on Erewhon’s website, but it did not list any measurements, so I came up with my own. After a few rounds of trial and error, I perfected my skincare smoothie replica.

Erewhon uses Splenda, a sugar substitute, and coconut cream. However, I opted to skip the Splenda and use coconut yogurt instead of coconut cream, because it has a thicker consistency. Take a look at the recipe below, and feel free to make any changes depending on your liking!

Ingredients:

1 cup plant-based milk (I used oat)

½ frozen banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

½ avocado

One medjool date

¼ cup collagen power

1 tablespoon hyaluronic acid

1 tablespoon sea moss gel

Three fresh strawberries

1 teaspoon honey

Spoonful of vanilla yogurt

I began by prepping the strawberry glaze that accompanies the smoothie. I blended three strawberries with a teaspoon of honey and a few chunks of frozen strawberries until the glaze was smooth. I popped the glaze in the fridge and started on the smoothie. I blended the milk, date, collagen powder, strawberries, banana, avocado and hyaluronic acid until the mixture was smooth. I then prepped the glass by spreading yogurt on the sides of the cup and added the strawberry glaze to the bottom. Finally, I poured the smoothie in, and voilà!
