Lemon-Ginger Shots

These shots are a great way to start your day. I take them every day during the cold season!

(Makes 15 shots)

Ingredients

  • 16 oz 100% lemon juice
  • ¾ cup raw honey
  • Handful fresh ginger root

Instructions

  1. Wash ginger root and dice it.
  2. Put everything in the blender and blend for 40 seconds on high.
  3. Strain using a sieve.
  4. Drink as a shot or dilute with water and ice.
